At Trim Street, turn left into the Upper Borough Walls in Bath and continue until you reach Union Passage, which is a network of small shopping lanes, including a range of interesting gift shops. Visit Northumberland Place and The Corridor and continue to the other end, to the nearby Guildhall Market, opposite the Corridor. Head left towards Northgate Street and then over Pulteney Bridge, which is one of the few bridges in the world lined with shops.

Cross back into Bridge Street and then at the end, turn right and continue until you reach Walcot Street, Keep to the right and then at the top, cross over and head back on the other side, and turn left into Broad Street via Saracan Street. Visit the Shires Shopping Yard by Bath's Postal Museum and this will link back to Milsom Street.
